A Product Manager specializing in 3C (Computer, Communication, Consumer electronics), HA (Home Appliances) products in the Retail Industry will be instrumental in driving the development and success of our product portfolio. This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the retail landscape and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to meet customer’s demands.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Product Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with retail industry trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and features that enhance the retail customer experience.
2. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes for 3C, HA products in the retail sector.
- Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and industry reports to inform product development decisions.
3. Product Development:
- Lead end-to-end product development, collaborating with other stakeholders.
- Drive innovation in product design, features, and functionality to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Create diversity in sales campaign, channel development, promotion, and after-sales program to bust sales revenue.
4. Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the entire product lifecycle including Marketing, Sales Revenue, Price Management and ensuring products are optimized for performance, durability, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective product lifecycle management processes tailored for the retail industry.
5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Establish and enforce stringent quality standards for all products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and retail-specific requirements.
- Responsible for thorough testing and validation of products.
6. Vendor Management:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to quality standards.
7. Customer-Centric Approach:
- Infuse a customer-centric approach in product development, ensuring that all products align with and enhance the overall retail customer experience.
8. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all product-related processes and activities.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on product development status, challenges, and achievements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Economy, or a related field.
- Proven deep experience in product management, with a focus on retail industry products.
- Strong understanding of 3C, HA, and CPO product categories in retail industry.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully launching products in the retail sector.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements specific to retail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a dynamic retail environment.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Product Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all marketing activities for various product segments and services oered by 9FIT. Your key responsibilities will include:
Marketing Planning and Execution:
● Develop marketing plans, and budget allocations following the strategy directions.
● Conduct market research and analysis, including market size, trends, consumer insights, and competitor studies.
● Create sales enablement materials for regional and local utilization.
● Curate social content and demonstrate a good sense of design.
● Manage and enhance the brand/company's social media presence following the
brand communication strategy.
● Lead all marketing activities, both online and offline.
Key Skill Set:
● Proactive and confident communication.
● Strong research and planning skills.
● Proficiency in presentation skills (both written and speaking in English and
Vietnamese).
● Open-mindedness, ability to work independently, and a "Can-do" attitude.
● Hands-on experience in marketing campaigns.
● Cross-cultural mindset.
● At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Qualifications:
